Thanks to everyone for your patience while navigating some hectic weeks, important family time, and hard moments this month.

Aiming to get back into the swing of normal life in April now that my first trimester nausea is improving and we’re settling into a routine in our new pest free home.

Good things are around the corner and hopefully some fresh new content for you too 🫶

February was a hard month with house hunting/packing, Dylan doing major overtime, tough family moments, and working on multiple projects… all with neither of us having much sleep and feeling pretty under the weather 😮‍💨

It was so nice to make this post to remind myself that we still had plenty of positive moments with wonderful humans who love and support us 🫶

Still taking a break from socials and have a backlog of DMs (please message me again if you havn’t heard back as I can lose the messages quickly!)

I’m currently in Hawaii so not doing any consults until March 25th

I’ll be accepting new clients again starting April so get in touch in the next few weeks if you’re interested in support and I’ll message you when I’m back in action 🫶

• My family immigrated as refugees from Bosnia & Herzegovina to Australia when I was 2

• I was diagnosed with ADHD during my first year of dietetic masters

• My dog Kodi (AKA my bark-eting manager) played pivotal role in healing my eating disorder

• I used to play trombone in the school band

• My business was partly named after my favourite food (which was also my binge food) 🍦 pizza is a close second

I used to be SO MEAN to myself before I knew I had ADHD.

Now that I know my brain better I’ve learned beating myself up just makes things worse.

Turns out I (and my clients) respond much better to compassion, permission, and solution focused thinking.

What are your thoughts on this?👇

I’ve dedicated my whole live to nutrition and the only time I was able to stick to consistent meal prepping was when I hyperfixated on healthy eating so hard I developed an E@t!ng D!s0rder so 🤷‍♀️

I’ve come to learn that the only consistency in my life is inconsistency… and I’m OK with that!

It can be tempting to tell yourself ‘other people have it worse’ and dismiss your own struggles in life.

Or to even feel ashamed that your anxiety about the current state of the world or sadness for others in pain is making things harder for you.

However, I need you to know that no matter what is happening in the world, your struggles are still valid and you are not selfish for needing support ❤️
