On August 14th, the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing will share key updates on the big transition from Home Care Packages to the new Support at Home Program, a change that will impact many of our valued clients and families.

This is your chance to hear directly from the government, get clear information, and ask any questions you may have. Whether you’re receiving care or supporting someone who is, this session is for you!
