Simpatico health Turns 1 ✨🎉

What a wonderful year it has been!

Today marked one lap around the sun for Simpatico and it was only fitting to spend some time with our very first client and the team that referred him to us. We loved visiting the team at Total Lifestyle Connections today and we hope you enjoyed your brownies!! 🥰

The team at TLC referred Mr B to us this time last year for a chronic condition related to his disability. This condition had been with Mr B for 3 years and was giving him discomfort and holding him back from participating in things that he loved doing.
We worked with Mr B every week to improve his wound and we are pleased to say that it is now completely healed.

Mr B is now working part time, going to social events and he can even get back in the pool for summer ☀️
This is a success story, this is one of the many reasons why we work in this industry. To help those that need it the most.

A little about Simpatico Health 🫶

The last couple of months have been so rewarding, heart warming and empowering since following my heart and embarking on a new journey.

It is with great pleasure that I introduce *Simpatico Heath*to this wonderful community.

A community nursing service that facilitates the needs of NDIS participants who require extra supports outside of the hospital system.

I am also very fortunate to be a nurse within the hospital community and carry these skills to deliver a much needed service for those that need support in our community as well.

I can’t thank the support coordinators and my clients enough for all of the great relationships we have formed.

Merry Christmas and looking forward to 2024🎊
