All super common thoughts & excuses that we’re all guilty of telling ourselves 🙋🏽‍♀️

Headaches are common yes - but let’s not confuse common with normal!

🤚 Sitting at work, with poor posture
🤚 Looking down at your phone for too long
🤚 Ignoring old injuries
🤚 Dehydration
🤚Exercising without prioritising rest & recovery

Just a handle full of reasons why you may be experiencing headaches!

SOME HELPFUL REMINDERS:
🫶🏽 If you sit for long periods of time at work, take a brief walk or stretch when possible (even set an alarm to remind yourself) - we have some easy, at home stretches you can refer to on our page
🫶🏽 Opt for working on a laptop or computer over your phone - for better posture
🫶🏽 Old injuries can be the reason you’re experiencing new pains & aches so speak to your practitioner about rehabilitation
🫶🏽 Water is your friend - and the extra trips to the toilet can actually be beneficial for moving your body & getting you up out of your work seat
