The MBS M10 has been expanded to include people who are under the age of 25 with speech sound disorders, cleft lip/palate and/or stuttering.

MEET EMILY ✨

Emily Lovejoy is a Paediatric Speech Pathologist who believes communication blossoms through connection and play 🧸

She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) 🎓

Emily has grown up in regional Queensland, and is motivated to make a difference for children in small communities. Emily brings experience from both the NDIS private sector and Queensland Education, to inform a range of speech pathology practice areas. This includes specific interests in speech sound disorders and language development 💬

Emily has experience with a broad range of clinical presentations, from developmental delays to complex disability. Emily believes that speech pathology should always be a fun, positive, and play based experience for children and their families. She is always looking for learning opportunities to ensure that intervention is evidence-based and neurodiversity affirming 🧠

On the weekends, you’ll find Emily at the beach, in the gym, or snuggled up with her cocker spaniel, Sadie 🐶

Joining our Occupational Therapy services, our speech pathologist will work with children aged 0-15 years to support speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing development 💬
