👩‍⚕️ Meet our Lovely Dr. Sláine O’Sullivan ✨

💙 We’re so lucky to welcome another incredibly skilled dentist to our team.

Graduating from Trinity College Dublin 🇮🇪 in 2005, Dr. Sláine moved to Melbourne in 2009 — and proudly calls it home ever since! 🏡🇦🇺

With a passion for delivering high-quality dental care, she blends the latest techniques in preventative and restorative dentistry to help patients feel confident and well-informed. 🦷💡

She has a strong interest in aesthetic and implant dentistry, including:
✔️ Direct & indirect veneers
✔️ Crown & bridge work
✔️ Full implant procedures — from placement to final restoration

She will be officially starting on 23rd June and will be working every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at Dentistry In Canterbury.

Outside the practice, you’ll find Dr. Sláine training for triathlons or running through Melbourne’s beautiful parks. 🏃‍♀️🌳💪

Meet Ying, our warm and caring front desk and treatment coordinator at Dentistry in Canterbury! With a diverse background spanning performing arts, education, and technology, Ying has found her passion in the dental sector and is now in her 5th year in this industry 😊

As your first point of contact at DIC, Ying is here to assist you in booking appointments, answering queries via email, and welcoming you with a smile when you visit us. Her loving and attentive nature ensures that she's always ready to lend an ear, pay attention to details, and go the extra mile to help out.

Beyond her role at the clinic, Ying has a genuine fascination with Melbourne's multiculturalism. She enjoys immersing herself in various cultures, learning about festivals, languages, cuisines, and lifestyles from different regions.

Fun fact: Ying has recently embarked on her implant treatment journey, and we're excited to share some photos of her stage 1 treatment with you. 🦷💫

Introducing our newest addition to the Dentistry in Canterbury family, Dr. Amisha Hindocha 💫 With a passion for crafting confident smiles and a belief that each smile is a unique accessory, Dr. Amisha brings a wealth of expertise and a gentle, caring approach to our practice.

A graduate of King's College London Dental Institute, Dr. Amisha continued her postgraduate studies in Orthodontics and Orthopaedics at the International Academy of Advanced Dentistry (IAADENT) in Sydney, as well as obtaining her Diploma of Sleep Medicine and TMJD from the University of Jaume, Spain in 2021.

Specialising in minimally invasive techniques and blending cosmetic smile design with orthodontic solutions like Invisalign, Dr. Amisha provides personalised care for patients of all ages. Her focus on holistic health principles ensures that each smile she creates is not only beautiful but also unique to the individual.

Dedicated to ongoing learning, Dr. Amisha's practice encompasses orthopaedics, orthodontics, and sleep medicine, offering a wide range of options to align with her patients' goals and needs. She takes pride in empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their oral health journey, always with a gentle and caring demeanor.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Amisha enjoys a balance of outdoor adventures, culinary creations, and spending quality time training her adorable labradoodle, Chai. We're thrilled to have Dr. Amisha on board and look forward to the incredible smiles she'll create 🦷✨
