Price Update

From Jan 1st, we will be increasing our prices

I don’t do these things lightly and haven’t increased prices since July 2024 but unfortunately with the rising costs across the board it’s a necessity and one which I have tried to keep at the minimum.

As a small practice owner, I can’t emphasise enough how valued you all are as patients and the trust you have in me to provide the best care is something I’ve always been so grateful for.

The alternative to this is to shorten appts to a standard Chiro time (15 mins) but that’s not how I want to practice. I believe true value and care comes from giving my patients the time to be heard, treated comprehensively and thoroughly without rushing anybody.

🖤 Thank you so much to all my patients this week who were all rescheduled last minute owing to our youngest, Connor, being admitted to hospital with cellulitis and concerns of sepsis.

We are thankfully home now, he’s doing really well and are allowed to continue with just oral antibiotics. We are so extremely grateful for the rapid care he received at Redlands Hospital.

We are looking forward to a quiet weekend at home (hopefully 🤞) and business as normal from Monday. If I haven’t rescheduled you yet and you are struggling to find a time, please msg me. I’ll be working some extended hours this week to play catch up.

Thank you everyone for your kind messages and patience, it really does mean a lot. I’m sorry I haven’t replied to them all but I really do appreciate them and he is doing great.

Having a baby is one of the most exciting times of your life but it can also feel so overwhelming and scary at times. Every baby really can be so different and what works for one may not work for another. Add on to that all the advice and “you must” and “you mustn’t” from all the family and friends who have gone before you…it’s hard to know what advice to listen to. Even us healthcare providers are often guilty of contradicting each other at times as well.

We are big fans of listening to all the advice and tips and just acting on the ones that feel right for you are your baby…smile politely at all the other unsolicited advice 😂

What are you best tips for newborns? I’ll start….

⭐️ Ensure the “frills” are pulled out of the baby nappy to reduce explosions! (Guilty 🙋‍♀️)

We absolutely do not mind at all if you bring your children to your appointments. If they come on a Monday or Friday for the next 8 weeks (😩) they can keep my biggest one company 🥰

Still so important at this time of year to prioritise yourself and look after yourself too.

I cannot guarantee she won’t give them candy canes… (if allowed!) ❤️🎄
