So our lives changed at 4am this morning along with MANY other small business owners in our humble little strip.

There are no words to express what I'm experiencing right now.

Our heart, soul, sweat and tears went into building this business beginning with nothing at all but fierce determination and a belief in what we wanted to create to be of service to our community..

And it did. It really and truly did.

I could go on... but it is as it is.

I will attempt to personally reply to all the heartfelt messages, voicemails and texts that we recieved today.

And I have to ask anyone with children...

❔ Do you have a child that doesn't have at least TWO-THREE decent bowel movements every day?

Hygiene !!!!!

So....I grabbing a few essentials this morning and I'm watching people picking up fresh produce in their hands and putting it back; 🤤😳😱

Viruses, bacteria, parasite ickies, p**p under finger nails all LIVE on fresh produce. 🍇🥒🍐🍉🍇

WHY aren't we mandated to wear disposable gloves when selecting our fruit and vege ?

I'm not going to bang on about the current circumstances BUT what I am going to bang on about is....

No matter what..

'KEEP YOUR WHISTLE WET AND YOUR NOSE CLEAR'.

Viruses and any kind of 'germ' can't survive if you are keeping your mouth and throat moist.

Room temp/ slightly warm filtered water will wash it down through your throat and into your stomach bag where stomach acid will KILL a virus.

If your throat is dry a virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs.

Blow your nose in the shower morning and night...bugs be gone !

It's common sense.
