I have been feeling overwhelmed with the energies and the thoughts in my head about 1. How the world seems to be heading and 2. What society seems to think is normal…
For me I question why people think that they must do things just to survive…?
That money has become such a thing of control, it seems and greed.
That so much of the old ways, thoughts, practices and ideas seemed to have been lost or swept under the rug… why?
So i ask you, “What brings you peace?”
“How do you get grounded”
“What is truly important in your life?”

Each session begins with intention setting and may include ceremonial cacao, flower tinctures, or Blue Lotus, supporting heart opening, grounding, and a deeper connection to self. These elements are offered with care and respect, enhancing the breath journey while honouring ancient ceremonial traditions.

Nalu Breathwork is an active breathing process, different from traditional meditation. Many people share that it’s unlike anything they’ve experienced before — deeply experiential, profoundly releasing, and incredibly nourishing.

This journey may include emotional, energetic, or physical release, yet you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, renewed, and revitalised.

How can you radiate self-love today? I took a moment to connect with nature, feeling the cool damp earth beneath my feet and basking in the warmth of the morning sun to center myself this morning. Then I plan to embark on a rejuvenating walk and perhaps indulge in a refreshing afternoon nap. Happy love day 🥰❤️💖🌹
