I’m now offering 1:1 personalised nutrition sessions at The Tea House, which sits inside The Neighbourhood Sauna, in Fremantle.

A calm space, people who value their health, and a way to actually get clear on what you need.

These sessions are designed to give you clarity on what your body needs and simple, realistic next steps that fit into your life.

In your session we will:
• talk through what’s currently going on
• identify what may be holding you back
• simplify what your body needs
• map out clear next steps

You’ll leave with a clear plan and direction you can actually follow (and a free tea ☕️)

Sessions begin Thursday 7 May and will run from 4pm to 9pm. There are limited spots so get in quickly.

Special Saturday Sous Chef this week as we celebrate the little sous chef herself turning 3 🤍

I honestly can’t believe she’s 3. Time really does fly.

She requested strawberry cheesecake, so strawberry cheesecake it was.

Always whole food. Always simple.

You’re not stuck because you’re eating too much.

You’re stuck because your body isn’t actually being supported to change.

You’re trying to eat well
But it’s inconsistent

Saturday Sous Chef 👩‍🍳🥚

Can’t recommend this enough if you need a high protein breakfast that’s easy to grab on the go.

It is one of those simple prep wins that makes busy mornings feel so much easier, and it actually doubled as my bedtime snack too, so use it however your week needs 🤍

We had 4 cartons of eggs in the fridge, so naturally one of them had to be whipped into something quick, easy, and actually useful.

This is exactly the kind of easy prep I love teaching because it takes the pressure off future decisions.

More protein ready to grab means less reaching for foods that don’t support your goals when you are hungry and staring at a fridge where everything decent needs cooking.

That is the real power of prep. It is not about perfection. It is about making the better choice the easier choice 💪🏼

If you’re in Perth and looking for a fun, cheap activity for the kids that actually keeps them entertained, save this for the weekend 🍝✨

I took Amali to Pasta in the Valley in Swan Valley and it is honestly such a good family spot.

For just $10 per little chef, they get the cutest apron and hat, then spend 10–15 minutes making their own fresh pasta to take home. They can make both fettuccini and spaghetti, and it’s such a fun way to let them get involved in food in a way that feels exciting.

And honestly, this is exactly why I love places like this.

It’s not just “keeping kids busy.”
It teaches them that food is something they can touch, create, learn about and feel proud of.

As both a Nutritionist and Occupational Therapist, I love anything that builds confidence, independence, and positive connection with real food early, so this was right up my alley 🥰🙌🏼

The late-night “how do I lose belly fat” spiral usually starts way before the belly fat.

It starts when your body begins to feel different, the old things stop working the same way, and your first instinct is to tighten everything up.

Eat less.
Move more.
Do more cardio.
Be stricter.

And for so many women, that is the exact moment they accidentally make the problem worse.

Because the strategy they are reaching for is the strategy they used when they were 20. And that’s not the strategy that’s going to work.

Sometimes the answer is not less.
It’s more.

More support.
More structure.
More clarity.
