If we are trying to live this beautiful amazing life, then we need to address what’s going on inside of us.

We cannot suppress, reject, or ignore negative sirens (thoughts, beliefs, traumas) that are going off inside of us, and act like everything’s okay to everyone else. It’s a lie. And you’re ultimately lying to yourself…
