This is something I've gone through myself.. where I analyse and try to understand each of my habitual thoughts, but sometimes it's just a matter of.. I understand this, I hear this, I see it's arising, and I just need to let it go and not give it weight or energy.
Your old habitual thoughts take time to transition out of the habitual thought cycle.
Just be present and let it fade away. 🌱

Grow & Flow in collaboration with MUSE Bathhouse, are offering a Floating Sound Bath, held at BungeeFit Morningside.

We are holding our first official event after the trial run in December 2025. Those that attended the trial gave positive feedback about the experience! We are super excited to facilitate the Floating Sound Bath and are grateful for the opportunity to provide you all with another form of relaxation.
