Need to calm down?
Try this meditation technique. Go somewhere comfortable and quiet, light a candle and quiet your mind while you stare at the flame for ten minutes. Set a timer if you like. Concentrate on the flame, watch the flicker, absorb the colours and think of nothing but the flame.
