About Us
At The Happy Human Hub, we’re not your typical disability service. Our team is all about creating an inspiring, positive space filled with good energy – a place where participants (and staff!) genuinely love to hang out.
We believe support should be meaningful and fun. From games, creative projects, and social events to skill-building and learning opportunities, every day at the Hub is designed to help our participants thrive, connect, and reach their goals without even realising they’re learning!

STA (Short Term Accommodation) Respite
The Happy Human Hub proudly supports children from age 7 through to young adults with diverse abilities, neurodiversity, and special needs. We provide tailored care for all, including, wheelchair, or mobility diverse participants, non-verbal and those with complex behaviours offering supports in 1:1, 2:1, or group support, our goal is the same: creating joy, independence, and connection.
Who We’re Looking For
We want reliable, creative, caring, and outside-the-box thinkers who are passionate about disability support and love helping others shine. If you’re the type of person who can mix compassion, common sense and dedication, with a great sense of humour & energy to burn – you’ll fit right in!
Essential Criteria:
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or Cert IV in Disability
Previous experience in Disability Support
Current First Aid Certificate
Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check NDIS Modules
National Criminal History Check
Your own registered, comprehensively insured vehicle (and willingness to transport participants) And of course… a great sense of humour! 😄
Preferred Certificates in: Peg Feeding Seizure Management Epilepsy Medication Management
