We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of a young man we had the privilege of working with on many sites. He was hardworking, respectful, and well-liked by everyone who crossed his path. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this very difficult time.
The Hunter Wildfires community is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Sam Morgan, beloved son, brother, partner, and father.
Sam passed away on Friday, December 19th after a sudden illness, leaving his family and friends facing a devastating loss.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Sam’s family — especially his sister Layne, a former player and proud club member, and his father Shane, a dedicated coach in our Women’s program — as we stand with them during this heartbreaking time. Our hearts also go out to Sam’s fiancée Chloe, their son Rome, and all who loved him.
