Spring into Hydration!

As the days grow warmer and longer, your body’s hydration needs shift too. Spring is the season of renewal and water is your most powerful ally.
According to the Mayo Clinic, water makes up 50–70% of your body weight and supports nearly every function in your body.

Here’s what staying hydrated helps with:
Mental clarity and energy
Joint lubrication and tissue protection
Temperature regulation (especially as temps rise)
Nutrient absorption and cellular health
Detoxification through urine, sweat, and digestion

Even mild dehydration can cause fatigue, headaches, and brain fog, especially in midlife when hormonal shifts affect fluid balance.

💧 How much should you drink?
330mls per 10 kgs of body weight.

You may need more if you:
✔️ Exercise regularly
✔️ Live in a warm climate (hello, Aussie spring!)
✔️ Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or recovering from illness
