RDA Oakford is on the lookout for pre-loved tack to help support our incredible herd and riders!
We’re hoping for donations or affordable second hand items of the following:
Wintec Anatomical Girths (or similar items) – both long & short
Myler Bits / Ported Barrel Bits – Eggbutt or D Ring
Double Link Snaffles – Eggbutt or D Ring
Wintec Wide All-Purpose Saddles
If you have any of these items tucked away in your tack room, we'd be so grateful if you considered donating or selling them to us at a reasonable price. Every contribution helps us continue to provide the best care possible for our horses so they can feel their best when doing their amazing work.
Drop us a message or comment below if you’re able to help, and please feel free to share this post to spread the word!
Thank you for being part of the RDA Oakford community

Our Misty girl had a very special outing today. She went to the Dental Vet clinic to get 3 fillings done. We are super thankful for the wonderful work Dr Kirsten does and who is so dedicated and caring to our horses. 💞🦄

🌟 Exciting News from RDAA! 🌟

Thanks to the Australian Sports Commission, RDAA staff members Sarah and Jasmine, along with RDAA Board member & Assessor Mary Longen, RDAA Life Member & Assessor Sally Frances and RDAV Operations Manager Annette Hatherly attended the ASC 2025 Coaching and Officiating Conference in Geelong this week!

This year’s theme, ‘Connection’, highlighted how modern coaching and officiating methods are transforming the way we experience sports, shape our environments, and develop our organisations.

Our team had an insightful 3 days of connecting with others and adopting modern coaching and training concepts. We can't wait to share these exciting developments with all RDA volunteers, coaches, and centres soon!

Stay tuned for details about our 2025 RDAA National Conference! 🎉
