Timetable Update🧐
Kettlebell beginner sessions are starting Monday at 4:30 p.m. followed by a Mobility Strength and Stretch/Yoga session. Please see the timetable below.
Spaces are limited so bookings for all classes are essential.
The kettlebell sessions will introduce foundation skills for general classes to follow.
