My team and I are experienced in hoarding and domestic squalor understanding the complexities and problems that are identified in these situations which can prevent typical uses of space and possibly limit activities such as cooking, cleaning, moving through the house and sleeping. It can also be dangerous if it puts the individual, or others, at risk of fire, falling, poor sanitation and other health concerns. There is no judging...H&S SPECIALISED CLEANING takes a compassionate and understanding approach with our clients. We are here to support as our clients may be nervous or distraught about the process. Our team is trained in putting Clients, Carers and Community Support Worker's at ease in difficult situations. For your ease of mind, at H&S SPECIALISED CLEANING, we are police checked, fully insured, hold blue and yellow cards and come from a background of Community Services. We work closely with a range of agencies to achieve the best outcome that include: Qld Housing; Mental Health Services; Local Government; Non Government Organisations; Disability Services and many others. Proudly appointed to the panel of 'preferred contractors' to BCC and working closely with Anglicare; NEAMI; Micah; Richmond Fellowship; Kyabra; Communify; Drug Arm; PIR; Dept of Housing; PA Hospital; Public and Community Housing, and all Community Service Organisations. We offer a "one-stop-shop" for your project:
- Declutter and sort the property both inside & out
- Take discarded items to the tip
- Take selected items to be donated to the Client's choice of charity
