Happy Word Health Day! 👨🏻‍⚕️🌏

Today is World Health Day and a good reminder that taking care of yourself and overall health and wellbeing is important.

Here’s a few health tips to help you feel your best:

1. 🚶🏻‍♀️ Take a walk outside! It might seem simple, but being outdoors in the fresh air and sunlight can help reduce stress and improve your mood.

2. 💤 Get a restful night’s sleep. Getting enough quality sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health to help rest your body to perform daily activities, fight off illness and stay emotionally balanced.

3. 💦 Stay hydrated. Water is essential for your body - from digestion to temperature regulation. While the amount of water can vary depending on your activity levels, a good rule of thumb is to aim for 8 glasses a day.

🗓️ 56 years ago today, Lord Mayor Clem Jones opened the Amoco Service Station which is where our current building is located! These incredible photos are a treasured glimpse into the history of where it all began. ✨

From the beginning this site was meant to serve the community and we continue to do so all these years later! Thank you to all those who surround us and support us, near and far, being part of the Carina community is a privilege to us and we are immensely proud to do so.
