Our world-class facility comprises over 120 employees nationally, 190 globally, and our laboratories house state-of-the-art equipment that includes both sterile and cytotoxic suites. All of which are placed under stringent quality assurance. Alongside our tailor-made prescriptions, we provide a range of quality assured products that are end product tested and undergo stability trials so that veterinarians can have confidence in the medication they are prescribing. At Bova Group, innovation and care go hand in hand with environmental responsibility 🌱.

In 2024, we made great strides, reducing emissions, supporting local suppliers, achieving
iiE Bronze Accreditation, and improving waste management.

In 2025, we had even bigger wins with silver accreditation with 85%, 100% on
Environmental & Social Projects, fully recyclable secondary packaging, website
emissions improved F→B, and 6 impactful projects completed.

We are just getting started with 2026, our goals are to keep pushing and being a front runner
in bringing a sustainable furture to all in practice.

Amy joined the team in February 2026, bringing over a decade of Veterinary Nursing experience across private practice, specialist referral and teaching hospitals. Her background spans emergency care, internal pharmacy roles, and vocational education, where she’s helped shape the next generation of Veterinary Nurses.

She’s passionate about animal health and education, with a special interest in high quality compounding solutions that make treatment easier for clients and deliver better outcomes for patients.
