Even if you’re smashing it at the gym, training is only half the battle…. recovery is just as important to your fitness and health progress!
So what should you be taking for recovery?
Well, here’s some suggestions:
Protein shake + creatine straight after training
Electrolytes post workout (or anytime throughout the day is fine)
High protein meals matter (don’t forget some carbs as well!)
Magnesium before bed
