FREE GOVERNMENT-FUNDED FLU VACCINE IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR ELIGIBLE PATIENTS.
The influenza vaccines are free under the National Immunisation Program for:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over
- Children aged 6 months to under 5 years
- Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy - People aged 65 years or over
- People aged 6 months or over who have medical conditions that mean they have a higher risk of getting serious disease:
- cardiac disease
- chronic respiratory conditions
- immunocompromising conditions
- haematological disorders
- chronic metabolic disorder
- chronic kidney disease
- chronic neurological condition
- long term aspirin therapy in children aged 5 to 10 years.

Notre Dame Clinic is a mixed billing practice.
Mixed billing means that we will continue to bulk bill children under 16 yrs and government funded concession card holders.
Additionally, we will continue to bulk bill Chronic Disease Management, Health Care Plans, Mental Health Plans, Health Assessments, government funded vaccines and other Health Checks.
All other patients will be charged privately. Any other bulk billing appointments will be at the GP's discretion. Medicare rebate will be processed on the consultation day.
Our fees for the most billed Items are:
Item 23 (Standard Consultation) Practice Fee: $80.00 – Medicare Rebate: $41.40 = Out of Pocket: $38.60

Item 36 (Long Consultation) Practice Fee: $150.00 – Medicare Rebate: $80.10 = Out of Pocket: $69.90.
