About the Pharmacy
We are a local community pharmacy at Carlingford located near major shopping centres and public transport.
About the Position:
As the pharmacist, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional standards and ethical requirements of a pharmacist.
We are seeking Two Part or One Full Time pharmacist.
Duties and Responsibility include
Dispensing prescriptions
Counselling customers on prescription medications and OTC medicines
Provide general health advice to customers as required
Manage a small number of webster packs
Greeting and assisting customers
Encourage script on file service to customers
Stock control including daily S4 and OTC medicines ordering
Overseeing the daily operation of the pharmacy
To be successful in this role, you should possess
Current Full AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Cheerful and outgoing attitude
Experience as a sole pharmacist OR demonstrated ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Multilingual skills in Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean would be an advantage, but not essential
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with both new and regular customers, doctors and pharmaceutical reps
Competent computer skills and experience in Z Software is preferred
High business acumen to maximise the business potential
