Allowah's dietitians play a vital role in helping kids, teens and young adults with complex disability to achieve their goals.
Everyone needs good nutrition to be able to do the things they want to do! 💐

Some things our dietitians help with are:
Managing tube feeding
Optimising food choices
Making the most of limited diets
Basic cooking skills
Making sense of "healthy eating"
Reducing stress at mealtimes

It was lovely to have our Hurstville Presbyterian Church team bring Youth Church to Allowah on Sunday. We enjoyed the singing, and a Bible story with some very interesting props which included a money bag, money, pig masks and a bucket of pig food…..can you guess the Bible story? If you guessed the Prodigal son, then you guessed right. We loved the party at the end of the story, when the prodigal son returned home to a Father with open arms. We loved the image of our Heavenly Father welcoming us all at Allowah with open arms. Thanks HPC! 🥰
