The news is out!

We are excited to announce we’re teaming up with for their annual Run for Respect.

Join us on Sunday 8th Feb at Princes Park as we focus on raising awareness & promoting gender equality as a key way to help prevent violence against women.

You’ll find us at the start line offering hands on treatments and warm up sessions pre race.

With 3km, 5km + 10km options and a 400m junior dash, we’re encouraging all runners & walkers to join us.
