360° Breathing
This gentle, powerful technique helps reconnect you to your deep core and pelvic floor - especially after birth (vaginal or C-section).
Unlike shallow chest breathing, 360° breathing expands your ribs, back and belly with each inhale and encourages full pelvic floor relaxation and reconnection on the exhale.
• Start lying down or seated
• Inhale - feel your ribs expand sideways and into your back
• Exhale - gently lift your pelvic floor and draw your lower belly inward
• Repeat for 5–10 deep, intentional breaths
