Are you looking for a space to slow down, reflect, or connect during the busy uni week?

The RMIT Multifaith Chaplaincy and Wellbeing Centre offers a range of programs and support to help you find balance and calm on campus.

Here’s what’s on each week:
🧘‍♀️ Meditation – Mondays & Tuesdays
🌿 Labyrinth Walk for Mindfulness – Wednesdays
🕌 Islamic Prayer and Lecture (Jumu'ah)– Fridays

Our building is swipe-access only, but we’d love to welcome you into our peaceful space.

You’re also welcome to book a 1:1 session with any of our friendly chaplains – whether you’d like a chat, guided meditation, or a quiet labyrinth walk.

We’re here to offer support, guidance, or simply a moment of calm away from the hustle and bustle of campus life.

📩 Email us at chaplaincy@rmit.edu.au to book in a session or feel free to drop by during one of our weekly programs - check out times here: https://www.rmit.edu.au/students/support-services/health-safety-wellbeing/chaplaincy
