Itโ€™s a sad day when one of your most loyal clients leaves you. Gilles breathes the word consistently. He very rarely missed heโ€™s sessions either with Audrey or David.

The one thing Gilles will miss training at Realfit, is the welcoming environment that our trainers provide. But also the friendly faces of our little gym community that provides in East Malvern.

GYM VERSION:

10 x Dumbbell Goblet Squats
10 x Dumbbell Rows (per side)
10 x Push-Ups (or Incline Push-Ups)
20 x Dead Bugs (10 per side)

AT-HOME VERSION:

12 x Bodyweight Squats
12 x Glute Bridges
