Seeking PRACTICE NURSE – Registered and Experienced Enrolled Nurses Welcome to Apply – 0.5 FTE with additional casual hours available. Shifts are 6 Short Shifts (3 Hours) and 3 Long shifts (7.5 Hours) a fortnight.

Modern Medical Caroline Springs is looking for an enthusiastic Nurse to join our amazing team.
Primary duties include but is not limited to: wound care, assisting with small surgical procedures, , injections, chronic disease management and sterilising. While skills in these areas are ideal, training will be provided.

Pre-requisites for this position are: Current registration with AHPRA, ability to work as a team and independently, excellent communication skills and customer service, computer literacy and a professional attitude. Community or Emergency department nursing considered advantageous, as is experience in chronic disease Management but all suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

We apologise for the inconvenience but due to the sad departure of Dr Aby Nanayakkara from the after hours team, Modern Medical will be closed for after hours appointments tonight, Friday and Saturday evening. Dr Masood is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. We will hopefully have a replacement doctor for the evening clinic to introduce to you in the near future.

Just a reminder our After Hours surgery is now operating as part of the main clinic, but you are still welcome to use their phone number as it has been diverted.

Also, we are closed on Father's Day (Sunday the 3rd September) for IT upgrades, but the night team will be in from 5pm - midnight!
