A bittersweet farewell to Gayan!
After 13 wonderful years of leading Live Well Health Centre, Dr Gayan Amarawardena has decided it’s time to move on from his role as Director and take on some new adventures.
As many of you can imagine, this was a huge decision - Gayan and Karolina have worked side by side for over 16 years, building Live Well from the ground up into the caring, community-focused clinic it is today.
This decision has been made together and with mutual support, as we both look forward to exciting new chapters ahead.
Gayan’s dedication, expertise and genuine care have made an incredible impact on the health and wellbeing of so many people across Caroline Springs.
We’re so thankful for everything he’s brought to Live Well and to the community we’re proud to serve.
Live Well Health Centre will continue to operate as normal with the same incredible team and commitment to excellence that you’ve come to expect. Karolina will continue to lead the clinic, and the rest of the team looks forward to supporting you as always.
Please join us in wishing Gayan all the very best for his next adventure.
Gayan’s final day with us will be Thursday, 30th October 2025. He is currently preparing for his next chapter and patients can expect to hear from him once he is ready to resume practice.
