Hi... My names Donna, I am a Kinesiologist & Kyela Sound Therapist & love to help people become the best versions of themselves! Everything in life is energy, we use it in everything that we do! Sometimes our energy gets blocked leaving us feeing emotional, stuck, overwhelmed & unmotivated. If the energy stays blocked it can also show up in physical ways. Here are some of the tools I use to unblock these energies......


*KINESIOLOGY - A powerful alternative health therapy. It can help with pain, emotional stress, nutritional issues, hormonal imbalances, muscular problems , mental health or if you just want to feel relaxed! As a Kinesiologist I facilitate the clearing of blocked energy using a technique called muscle monitoring, a natural feedback system to find the imbalances in your body. The energy can then be cleared using a combination of ancient healing arts & western science such as tuning forks, accupressure, flower essences & affirmations.


*1:1 SOUND THERAPY - Kyela Sound Therapy Sessions consist of tuning into your own individual energy. Customising the frequencies your body needs at that specific moment in time. Enabling your body with its innate ability to heal itself, leaving you feeling balanced, relaxed & restored.


*GROUP SOUND MEDTIATION - Using various instruments such as Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Solfeggios, Gong, Drum and more. Creating beautiful frequencies to help relax and calm the mind, body and soul.

Just to let you know I’m now taking bookings for Monday 1st December. Going back to 7pm start time.

This will be my last one for the year and recommencing Monday January 11th. The sessions will then be every 4 weeks due to move to Ginginup 💕

So if you’d like to attend please message me as spaces are limited.
