Focus Movement Therapy is a progressive Physiotherapy practice and boutique Pilates studio currently based in Newcastle West. We are a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Science professionals and fully qualified Pilates instructors who are passionate about getting people to move well and move often. Our goal is always to ensure rehabilitation of injury beyond pain relief to optimise function and ensure a durable return to activity. Whether your goal is to run further and faster, lift heavier or simply to move or perform better, our holistic approach to injury rehabilitation will help guide you there.
