Back in 2011, I found a lump in my neck and my GP literally said:
“Keep your cotton-picking paws off it and it’ll go away.”
Yes!! that actually came out of a human mouth 😅haha

Fast-forward a year → that same lump turned out to be Hodgkin lymphoma.
Not exactly the “it’ll go away” vibe buddy…

But here’s the real message:
✨ Always trust your gut.
✨ Always advocate for yourself.
✨ Always get a second opinion.

Your body whispers before it screams and you know yourself better than anyone in a white coat ever will.
If something feels off, follow that nudge. It might just save your life. 💛

And now, I sit with so many clients hearing their “dismissal stories” and want to go into those appointments with them to be the back up they need!!
It can be intimidating and the biggest thing I’ve heard is “what do I know” “why would I question them”

I had to give my crystals and pendulum a little spa day after today’s session because we did a massive throat chakra clearing and those poor babies were working overtime.
So out came the throat chakra singing bowl and honestly the second it started ringing I swear my crystals were like “finally she heard us.”
The bowl did its thing cleared out all the heavy bits they picked up and filled them back up with that gooey warm healing energy that makes them sparkle on the inside.
Now everything is reset recharged and ready for the next soul who needs a little throat chakra TLC.

I heard Garry Brecka say “don’t let your body be the filter” on a podcast… and honestly I’ve never agreed with something so fast in my life!!!
So here I am officially in my filtered-water girl era 💁🏼‍♀️

For me it just makes sense, you know.
If my body is trying to hydrate and heal and do all the amazing things it does every single day, why make it work harder by dealing with things it doesn’t need!

Plus! FUN FACT; tap water can contain things like chlorine, aluminium, trace metals, microplastics and fluoride 🤢 depending on where you live.
Nothing dramatic, but definitely enough to make me choose a cleaner option so my body can focus on hydration not extra housekeeping.

So from now on I’ll be drinking water, not mystery ingredients 😂
