👀 Vision-related signs
Squinting a lot to see the board, TV, or phone
Sitting very close to screens or holding books too near
Complaints of blurred or double vision
Trouble seeing things far away, or close up
Losing their place while reading or skipping lines
🧠 Physical symptoms
Frequent headaches, especially after school or screen use
Eye strain or tired eyes
Rubbing eyes often
