Week 2 & 3 : From Motivation to Momentum 🚀

We’re into Week 2 &3 , and that Week 1 energy? It’s real! 🔥 The motivation is fresh, the goals are clear, and you’ve taken that first (huge!) step. But now it’s time to start turning that motivation into momentum.

This is the week where new habits start to take shape — meals, workouts, mindset, routines. It might still feel a bit clunky, but that’s normal. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s building a lifestyle you can actually stick with.

These two legends have been training with us for a few years now, the boys train twice a week with and bring 100% to every session.

Both living with cerebral palsy, they show incredible strength, commitment, and a genuine passion for strength training, core work, and stretching — all of which support their mobility and overall wellbeing

The programs and classes we run are not like the main stream 'gyms'. We provide better variety and flexibility to try and accommodate Al Fitness levels. We prefer to hold small Group or one-on-one sessions to ensure a high level of service is provided. Our Classes are also taken by Highly Experienced Personal Trainers, so we can make educated adjustment to accommodate different abilities in most classes.
