I didn’t realise that when my blood sugar dips, my body asks for quick energy.
That often looks like chocolate, toast, biscuits, crackers, fruit, or anything fast 😋
Insulin helps move sugar into cells for energy, but when the rhythm is off, the body can swing between spikes and dips.
Those dips are what make you crave, snack, or search for comfort foods late afternoon or after dinner.
This isn’t lack of control, it’s chemistry.
Once you understand it, you stop blaming yourself 😘
