Dear valued customers,

We want to let you know about an upcoming change to Meals on the Go. The service will temporarily suspend from 17 December 2025, which is the start of our Christmas closure. The service will be suspended until further notice.

We have made this decision so we can review our systems and make sure we can meet the quality and safety standards our community relies on. We will take time to do this properly and will share any updates in the new year.

If you receive meals through this service, we encourage you to start looking at your options. You may like to speak with your funding plan manager. You can also consider local providers such as Casino Meals on Wheels Inc or Lite n Easy.

Our team will contact you to check in, answer questions and make sure you have the support you need to move to a new provider.

Thank you for being part of our community. Please reach out to manager@windara.org.au if you need help during this change.
