I’ve decided to cancel classes for Thursday-Saturday this week. All bookings will be updated through both the website and app.

At this stage tonight 5.30pm class is still on and I will keep you posted for Monday 10th March.

Thank you to everyone who came to a class or an event this year. It has been fab teaching, sharing and working with you all.
I hope your holidays are filled with love, smiles and full bellies!

I’m personally looking fwd to going to getting some sun, salty water and to go on a hike with the boys. It’s been a bit of a year in our world - and I recognise I’m needing to take the break to slow down. In saying that .. I will be hanging up my yoga tights for some work boots for a couple of weeks while we keep chipping away at our shed.

See you all in 2025 - 1st class back is on Monday 13th Jan 🙌🏽🤩
