I’m reflecting on the quiet strength that lives inside every woman. 🌸 My beautiful Grandma (94yrs) is a representation of this. Last week, my mum, daughter and I spent four lovely days visiting and celebrating this woman. She is quiet but strong. Humble but fiercely independent and because of her there is 3 more generations of women in this world and photo!
As an instructor, business owner and a mother I’ve learned that strength doesn’t always look like pushing harder or doing more. More often it looks like taking a breath before reacting. Sometimes it’s choosing rest. It’s most definitely standing tall in who you are — even when it means embracing and owning the chaos.
Every day I see women balancing so much: careers, families, friendships, struggles, healing, growth, and still finding time to show kindness, compassion and courage. That is powerful.
When women support women, something beautiful happens. We rise together. We soften together. We remember who we are beneath the noise.
This IWD I’m celebrating the women who came before us, the women beside us, and the young girls who are watching us become who we’re meant to be.
Take a moment this week to honour your own journey. Your strength. Your softness. Your resilience and brilliance.
Celebrate how far you have come.
Happy International Women’s Day. 🤍
