I’ve returned from a beautiful holiday in QLD 🏝️ and having finished up my Masters the month earlier, it certainly felt like a well-earned break 😎
I’m back in the clinic from today, and will now be working Mondays and Thursdays every week 👌🏼
I look forward to getting back into it and catching up with everyone in the coming weeks 🩵

Bring your white or black t-shirt and prepare for a fun-filled, non-competitive adventure where all ages, abilities and mobility levels are welcome. You can join in on the track or simply cheer from the sidelines. Colour is optional, but fun is guaranteed!

Happy New Year! I hope that everyone has had a positive start to 2025, and either enjoyed time with loved ones, or some peace and quiet (or a bit of both!) over the festive season.

I am pleased to say that I am preparing to get back into the clinic in February. Initially I will only be working Thursdays, so please bear with me as I try to get appointments booked in as fairly as possible. I am contacting current clients first – who should have received an email today, followed by referrals received prior to or during my maternity leave. I will then move onto new clients seeking appointments.

I have made some slight increases to my prices to start the year. This is in line with increased costs of my equipment, consumables, insurance, registration, professional development, rent etc. Physiotherapy is a dynamic profession with constant updates on best practice, and emerging evidence for best treatment options. To stay on top of the evidence, I participate in numerous forms of professional development each year, via graduate study, attending courses and webinars, and reading plenty of articles.

The storm that no one could have predicted, but left our poor little town in pieces 😢 More than a week on and many are still waiting on assessors, cleaning up, and sorting through belongings/stock.

I was fortunate enough to escape any immediate impact on my business, due to being on maternity leave, and also not losing any equipment or stock. Sadly the same cannot be said for my landlord , and many other businesses in town 💔

Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen hurdles brought on by the storm, it does seem to be unlikely that I will return to provide physiotherapy services before the end of the year 😕 please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need a referral to another health professional 👍🏼

It has been truly heartwarming to see this community support one another throughout the week to tackle the destruction, and devastation for some. It has certainly reassured me that Casterton is a fabulous place to live, and to raise our family 💖

Now more than ever is the perfect time to buy local and support our local businesses to reinstate the bustling town we’re used to 🤩

💜 Molly Amelia Cameron 🩵
The last 3 (nearly 4 🫣) months have flown by, with Molly settling into our family perfectly. Jock is a proud big brother and the 2 of them will be running around together in no time!!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us in Molly’s arrival, and said hello down the street 🥰 she is growing up so quickly!

I have no date for returning to work just yet, but will keep everyone posted on my plans, pending daycare and how my masters subjects later this year go 😁
