Is anyone else going to miss winter sport weekends? 🏉⚽🥅

Muddy knees, big smiles, average coffee (according to my husband 🤦‍♀️) and of course, us parents cheering just a little too loudly 🙊

Whatever the grade, whichever sport, it’s wonderful to watch our little leapers build friendships, grow in confidence and pick up new skills over the season. 💛👏

I’ll admit, my arms are a little shaky, already feeling it… It’s Day 1 and the Little Leaps Team have started the Push Up Challenge. 23 days pushing and raising awareness for mental health, and the importance of moving our bodies for our minds 💪

We’d love your support! Cheer us on or better yet join the challenge with us. No need to be a push-up pro… wall push ups, push up alternatives, or moral support from the sidelines all totally count.

A fun (& free) opportunity to give para sport a try 💪✨

CALLING ALL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN SYDNEY! 📣

Do you want to have a go at para sports in a fun and inclusive atmosphere? 🙋🏽‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻

📆 When: Sunday 27th July 2025
🕧 Time: 1:30-6:30 pm (sport rotations conclude at 5:30pm, optional inflatables until 6:30pm!)
🌐 Where: The Centre, 1 Pellitt Ln, Dural
🤷 Who: People with disabilities of all ages and levels of experience! Family members are also welcome to participate!
⚽️ On the Day: Try up to 5 sports, meet like-minded people and hear from national level athletes!
🥪 A light lunch and afternoon tea will also be provided on the day

Autism Awareness Month

Did you know the golden infinity symbol ♾️ represents Autism? It celebrates the endless diversity within the neurodivergent community and the limitless value autistic people bring to the world. And the gold? It stands for hope and a bright future.
✨Fun fact: the chemical symbol for gold is Au! ✨

As May rolls in, we’ve been reflecting on the brilliant stories, reels and insights shared during Autism Awareness Month. One quote that really stuck with us comes from autistic attorney and advocate Haley Moss:

“You can’t be an ally from a distance.”

Haley reminds us that truly supporting neurodivergent people means showing up - listening, learning, spending time together and challenging our assumptions. Inclusion isn’t about ‘helping’ or ‘fixing’ - it’s about valuing neurodiversity, and recognising the strength in different ways of thinking, communicating and being.

Let’s keep listening, learning and celebrating every beautiful, different way of being 💛♾️

This World Down Syndrome Day we’re celebrating some gorgeous kiddos with an extra chromosome that we’re lucky enough to spend time with. These little leapers have endless energy, big love for their siblings and music, and insatiable curiosity. They’re clearly going places! ✨

Thanks for keeping us on our toes and showing us the world through your eyes. We can’t wait to see where you take us next! 🚀💛

She’s all joy, with an extra big heart for our Little Leapers finding their feet. As one parent put it “We’ve just won the therapist jackpot!” 🤩🏆💛

Come along and join us for a FREE day of sport, community and fun at the All-Stars Inclusive Community Sports day at Netball Central on Saturday March 15th.

This event is catered to people living with a disability and their friends and families. Try different sports and activities, connect with local clubs, and have fun!
