Travelling with allergies requires planning ahead and its important to make sure you are prepared in case of emergency.
โ๏ธ Carry at least 2 adrenaline devices + an Action Plan
โ๏ธ Know the emergency phone numbers of the country you are visiting + which medical services are available
If you have a food allergy, it's important to learn about the typical foods from where you are visiting. Some ingredients may be labelled differently in other countries, so try to understand the local terminology.
Other tips include:
๐Packing snacks you have eaten before in case there is food you are uncertain about
๐Check customs information of the country you are visiting - some countries do not allow certain foods
๐Bringing dehydrated food may be an option
