Start with a quick self-check at home using the ABCDEs:
A good place to start is by checking your own skin at home using the ABCDE method.
A - assymmetry - one half of the spot looks different from the other
B - border - edges are irregular, blurred or unevem
C - colour - varied shades of brown, black, red or other colours.
D - diameter - larger than 6mm
E - evolving - changing in size, shape, colour or texture.

Donโ€™t forget the sneaky spots โ€” your back, scalp, soles of your feet and between your toes ๐Ÿ‘€
If you notice anything new, changing or unusual, donโ€™t ignore it.
