Today is a reminder to check in with the people around you. Your mental health matters, and if you're struggling, please reach out a friend, a loved one, or support services such as Beyond Blue or Lifeline. You don't have to go through it alone.

In honour of our incredible Emergency services teams, for everything they do and everything they face, I'd love to give back by gifting 2 deserving Emegency Services Members a 60 minute massage.

If you know a member of our Emergency Services teams in the Hills District, Nominate them by tagging them in the comments.

All nominations have to be in by 7pm on Wednesday 17th September.
