A CLASS FOR YOU - Starting yoga doesn’t have to be intimidating—and returning after a break doesn’t mean starting from zero.
We offer a range of classes designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re completely new, a little experienced, or ready to rebuild your practice with clarity and confidence.
✨ Begin Yoga (Foundation) – Saturday 10.00am (60 min)
A structured introduction to yoga. Learn essential poses, alignment, and how to use props to support safe, steady progress.
✨ Easy Yoga – Thursday 7.00pm (60 min)
A slower-paced, accessible class focused on gentle movement, mobility, and deep relaxation—ideal for easing back in or managing fatigue and stress.
✨ Level 1 – Friday 10.00am (75 min)
For those with some experience. Build on your foundations with a broader range of poses, including introductory backbends and inversion preparation.
✨ Seniors Beginners – Monday 10.00am (60 min)
For active seniors new to yoga or returning. Improve strength, balance, and mobility with supported, alignment-based practice using chairs and ropes.
