Hills Yoga has been offering yoga, meditation and kids yoga to the Hills community since 1999. We offer Hatha, Iyengar, Yin and Flow classes suitable for all levels of practice, from beginners to experienced students. The studio is conveniently located in the heart of Castle Hill and is fully equipped for the convenience of our students. Our teachers are highly qualified with years of teaching and

practice. We recognise that we are all different and students are encouraged to work at their own level keeping their awareness inwards so as to develop inner connection. As students deepen their practice self- correction is encouraged in view of becoming in charge of ones own practice and developing self-mastery.

A CLASS FOR YOU - Starting yoga doesn’t have to be intimidating—and returning after a break doesn’t mean starting from zero.

We offer a range of classes designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re completely new, a little experienced, or ready to rebuild your practice with clarity and confidence.

✨ Begin Yoga (Foundation) – Saturday 10.00am (60 min)
A structured introduction to yoga. Learn essential poses, alignment, and how to use props to support safe, steady progress.

✨ Easy Yoga – Thursday 7.00pm (60 min)
A slower-paced, accessible class focused on gentle movement, mobility, and deep relaxation—ideal for easing back in or managing fatigue and stress.

✨ Level 1 – Friday 10.00am (75 min)
For those with some experience. Build on your foundations with a broader range of poses, including introductory backbends and inversion preparation.

✨ Seniors Beginners – Monday 10.00am (60 min)
For active seniors new to yoga or returning. Improve strength, balance, and mobility with supported, alignment-based practice using chairs and ropes.

🤸MATenance! Does your yoga mat need some revitalising? Breathe some new life into your mat and practice by giving it a good clean!

Here are two easy ways to wash your mat:

1. Place it in the washing machine, using a drop of detergent with a delicate synthetic, short (20mins or less), cold cycle. Hang in the shade to dry.
Or
2. Soak mat in bath tub with warm water and a drop of detergent, rinse and hang in the shade to dry.
