GREAT PRACTICE THIS WEEK using the ropes for our seniors classes. Huge benefits such as taking the load off limbs, decompressing the spine, creating space, creating traction and deeper stretch, allowing longer hold in the pose hence having more time to focus on alignment and working into the pose.... all this with tremendous amount of support🙂
With regular practice, our seniors continue to enjoy better mobility, balance and vitality. If you'd like to join us and are new to yoga our Monday class will introduce safe, structured yoga practice to build confidence and physical resilience. If you have some yoga experience our Thursday session will be most suitable.
