SATURDAY PRACTICE | 8.30AM
A Dynamic Led Breath Class for experienced & Level 1 students.
A set sequence led with minimal instruction, allowing students to stay absorbed in breath, rhythm, and continuity. Postures are called clearly and concisely, supporting a steady, uninterrupted practice.
This class is for students who:

🤸♂️Value breath-led movement without constant cueing�
🤸Want to cultivate focus, stamina, and internal clarity�
🤸♀️Enjoy a disciplined, method-based practice
