Pure Insights Counselling Services provides counselling, coaching, consultancy and training services to private clients, government agencies and corporate companies. We see private clients in our counselling rooms and we go onsite to agencies and companies that require the services.

“Hi, I’m Sony, a Vocational Counsellor at Pure Insights.

I work closely with Employment Service Providers like AMES Australia to support individuals navigating challenges around employment, confidence, motivation, and mental health. Together, we help people reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover their purpose.

At Pure Insights, every interaction matters — we see you, we hear you. Guided by our core values of Purpose, Connect, Empower, Integrity, and Soar, we take a holistic, evidence-based approach using frameworks like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve both personal and employment goals.

How often do your job seekers walk into an appointment feeling low in confidence or disconnected from their strengths?

This quick technique can help them reset in under 60 seconds, shifting focus from challenges to capability and reminding them they already have what it takes.

Try this 60-second reset in your next appointment:

Recall: Ask your job seeker, "Tell me about a time you handled a challenge or solved a problem in your day-to-day life?"

Reframe: Reflect their skill back to them. "That’s resilience", or "You problem-solved under pressure."

Repeat: Invite them to say it aloud — "I’m resilient", "I’ve done it before; I can do it again."
That’s it — simple, strengths-based language that builds self-belief and helps shift focus from challenges to capability.

Encourage your customer to write down their confidence line and keep it visible for the week ahead — a quick reminder that they already have what it takes.
