Life Long Vitality - starts now!
Timing couldn’t be more right for me to start taking Life Long Vitality (LLV) dietry supplements.
I eat well (there is room for improvement with quality), I exercise my body and generally get adequate rest physically and mentally, I use my essential oils regularly and am taking steps to reduce other toxins from the house.

DIY and loosing motivation
Are you doing any DIY over the holidays?
I did between Xmas and New Year - not sure what I was thinking pulling apart the office and painting it then putting it back together in three days, on my own and with two small children underfoot.
Lucky I could reach for my Motivate touch roll on for times when I wanted to chuck it in.
This was one of those projects that took longer than anticipated once I got started. I'm thrilled to bits with the outcome but gee i'm glad it's over.
No running water.....
Yesterday morning we woke to no running water - first world problem I know! It's really nothing to be bothered by. It was back on in a matter of hours. Still it got me thinking......
Spare a thought for those that have to walk several km's for water, unclean water at that.
One of the major reasons I love doTERRA so so very much is the humanitarian work that is done, gives me goosebumps. Be sun safe with your Citrus Oils! I had the pleasure of beach time over the weekend... but noticed that something was different in terms of my skins reaction to early morning sunshine.
I joined the dots a day or so after and realised it was the citrus oil in my aromatic dress blend that had likely over exposed my skin.
Citrus oils are photosensitive - you need to wait around 12hrs after applying to your skin before you expose that part of your body to the the suns rays (ultra violet UV rays).
Alternatively apply citrus oils to parts of your body that will not be exposed to the sun.
