‼️ Kids learn so much just by watching what we do.

I have to believe this rough patch won’t leave a permanent scar.
But if it does, I have to believe I will heal.

I have to believe there’s a gift in this grief.
But if there is not, I have to believe every struggle is not meant to teach me a lesson.

I have to believe I am not supposed to get used to this.
But if it goes on much longer, I have to believe a reprieve is coming soon.

I have to believe the words I can’t find will come eventually.
But if they don’t, I have to believe I won’t be alone in my silence.

I have to believe the blows won’t keep coming.
But if they do, I have to believe I’m stronger than I know.

I have to believe my efforts aren’t futile.
But if they are, I have to believe every small step is still a victory.

I have to believe I won’t feel this lost forever.
But if I do, I have to believe my internal compass knows which way is home.

And someone is waiting on me there.
I believe.

Dear friends, I’ve been quiet because I’m guarding my time, energy, and focus for life’s essentials. I’m realizing that what I define as “essential” uses of my most precious commodities are not the same as the world’s definitions. My heart knows where I need to be right now—and I am listening to it. I hope this message encourages you to set boundaries that provide the time and space you need to tend to your life’s essentials. Thank you for being with me in the silence. I am with you too. RMS

Many children, will naturally remove their shoes to play, climb and be outside. Dear Parent, it's okay.

It's okay to remove the shoes.
