Bluebird went back to school today to William Clarke College today to speak with their psychology class about study and career pathways in psychology. It was so lovely to explore this field with these young people.

Bluebird recently had the great pleasure of presenting to the team from Headspace's Castle Hill, Parramatta and Bankstown offices. We had 2 wonderful days exploring neuroaffirming, strengths based, safe practice with neurodivergent young people. It's such a joy to see clinicians and support workers compassionately invested in creating change in this space.

Crafty Birds: Finding Calm in the Christmas Chaos

For the grinches, the stressers, the overthinkers, the organisers who pour so much into making Christmas magical — only to realise somewhere along the way, the joy has quietly slipped out the back door.
Our November Crafty Birds group is a gentle invitation to pause and create space for gratitude.
We’ll craft symbols of gratitude and connection — the things that outlast the chaos.
Come join us for connection, creativity, and a little calm before the Christmas storm.
