If your child or teen is needing a gentle space to create, connect, and grow as they head into a new year, our Wild Birds art therapy groups might be exactly the nest they need.
Across two summer sessions, kids and teens will explore self-expression through drawing, painting, and collage — reflecting on who they are, what they care about, and what they hope for in the year ahead.
Little Birds (Primary Years 3–6)
• Monday 12th Jan
• Monday 19th Jan
Wild Birds (High School)
• Wednesday 14th Jan
• Wednesday 21st Jan
Groups are held at Bluebird Psychology, Castle Hill and facilitated by our art therapist, Imojjen. They’re designed to be inclusive, warm, and supportive — especially for children and teens who benefit from quieter spaces or creative ways of expressing themselves.

Bluebird went back to school today to William Clarke College today to speak with their psychology class about study and career pathways in psychology. It was so lovely to explore this field with these young people.

Bluebird recently had the great pleasure of presenting to the team from Headspace's Castle Hill, Parramatta and Bankstown offices. We had 2 wonderful days exploring neuroaffirming, strengths based, safe practice with neurodivergent young people. It's such a joy to see clinicians and support workers compassionately invested in creating change in this space.
