Another year has flown by, 524 classes, and 1856 times I have rolled out the mat to welcome you in the studio and online. 1 international retreat, 2 challenges, 3 local retreats and 3 special events.

After our last sold out event, Meagan and I are back with another cozy self care session. 1 hour restorative yoga followed by 45 min sound bath immersion for a total nurturing experience. Spaces limited, let me know if I can hold you a mat. Meg ❤️

It’s back- Plank my Playlist February challenge starts today. 1 plank to a song each day for the month, staring at 58 secs up to 3.34 minutes by Feb 28. Commit to 1 health upgrade a day in under 4 minutes. Planking to music makes life so much easier! Enjoy and let me know how you go xx
