If you're looking for a way to volunteer from home, we are keen to get a few people who like to mend clothes. We keep the really good clothes that have lost a button or have a hole in a box out the back. And it's getting full!

If you like to fix clothes, with both visible and invisible mending, we'd love to meet you!

We have a bold goal this year - to keep 100,000 items out of landfill. But we need your help.

Trust us, it's all the same stuff, just in a different shop with a different layout and different (cheaper) price.

We're open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

Thank you so much to everyone who has offered to help. I've had over 70 messages from people, which is so lovely. I've tried to reply to you all (haven't quite got there yet). And I hope to have as many of you as we can in the shop. Space is limited out the back, so we won't be able to have everyone sadly. But this is a long game. Recovery and support will be needed for a long time to come. So perhaps you can help in the future too.

There are five other excellent op shops in town and I reckon they could all use some help this time of year. It may not be directly related to the fires, but perhaps indirectly. Please reach out to them if you're interested in volunteering. And thanks so much again everyone for being so generous! ❤️🙏
