Thanks to our fantastic team and everybody who came through our doors for a great 2024.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS AN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST?

Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals.

“EPs” work with people with acute or chronic medical conditions, disabilities or injuries.

They use exercise safely and effectively to help manage the health of the people they work with.

They assess function and set goals, write programs, and run sessions and classes.

They can also discuss music at length and tell corny jokes.

Well, at least our EP, Jake, can.

Our physiotherapists address pain and injuries through a combination of manual therapy and exercise, based on evidence and utilising clinical technology.

Gabe, Thea and Zac specialise in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain, with the goal of restoring function and enabling you to return to your favourite activities.
